Clarewood House's beautiful and comforting Extended Care Center is specifically designed to meet the needs of those requiring long- or short-term skilled or custodial care. It is connected to Clarewood House tower allowing for easy visitation for those living in the apartments to visit friends and loved ones.

As a licensed Medicare-certified nursing home, the Extended Care Center features both private and semi-private rooms, as-well-as a 10 bed special care unit for residents with dementia. Clarewood House residents in Independent Living, Preferred Living or Assisted Living have priority access to the Extended Care Center, should the need ever arise.

In planning for the years ahead, if circumstances should change, and more advanced care is required, Clarewood House residents, may transition to the Extended Care Center.

A lovely dining room features a spectacular two-way fireplace facing both the dining room and the living room. Windows in the dining room overlook the superbly landscaped grounds of the peaceful courtyard.

The thoughtful décor throughout provides a soothing background, incorporating the natural elements of the outdoor gardens. It is complemented by attractive artwork and comfortable furnishings for a home-like atmosphere. The living room also provides a welcoming place for guests to visit.

The state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center

Residents in need of physical or occupational therapy, or those needing skilled rehab after a hospital stay, will find the new, leading-edge Therapy Center to be the ideal place to recover, build one's strength, and achieve a higher level of wellness. The therapy staff is on hand to guide participants to maximize their potential.
