All the independence with just a little extra help

Some of the Independent Living residents choose to have the added services of the Preferred Living option, which provides help with one or two activities of daily living. For example, some residents request occasional assistance with getting dressed, bathing or grooming. This level of care encourages residents to remain independent longer, at a time of life when they aren't in need of Assisted Living, but desire a bit of help with a particular task.

The Preferred Living option also includes one meal per day. In addition, residents who choose the Preferred Living program receive intermittent daytime checks, medication oversight, weekly laundry and housekeeping services, and monthly blood pressure and weight screening.
